About Meredith
After years of working nonstop to sustain a lifestyle that never truly fulfilled me, at age 33, I hit pause. I joined the United States Peace Corps and spent nearly three years living and serving in the Balkans.
That experience cracked me wide open, taught me how much I could carry, and more importantly, how much I needed to let go.
Now, I’ve created a life of freedom, adventure, and meaningful connection through solo travel. And I want to help you do the same.
